Beware of the snakes in the grass

Artists beware of so called opportunities that make no sense at all.  This is a post from a local business owner who is obviously failing at her business and needs to make money somehow to keep the doors open.

So what does she do?? Pimp artists! She comes up with the brilliant idea to rent wall space for art.  This is a great idea by the way.  Charge an artist to rent wall space and if you fill your walls you can stay in business and not have to do shit but landlord the artists.

You can tell from her post that she has never done this before as she puts price ranges for rent and sales of the pieces.  But look she is gracious enough to let the artist maintain the rights to their work.

If I was stupid enough to fall for this my first question would be how many people actually come into your Studio/gallery on a daily basis? This lady gets the big GET THE F**K OUTTA HERE PIMP!!! ARTISTS UNITE!
